WKC Compete in Durban Team Warrior Race

Doug Tilbury, Grant Stephens and Ashley Meyer from WKC’s Durban office recently took part in the Ballito Warrior Race. The WKC team were nicknamed according to the air pollutants that they spend their day jobs analysing on behalf of their clients, NOx, SOx and CO!

The 10km race consisted of cross-country running with 20 obstacles placed along the route including a 10m jump into a water pit, rope climbs and wall jumps.

The WKC team captain, Ashley, did an outstanding job of rallying the troops when Doug injured his ankle and needed assistance. The team persevered and finished the race together with a lot of team spirit, and a lot muddier than when they started!
